It didn't work for me. It succeeds in refreshing tabs at the specified intervals but it never gives any notifications - even when I test it with text that I know is in a page.
Shame because it's a nice idea and could have been useful.

I don't suppose you'll see this reply but I've made a new version. There are a lot of changes (see the changelog) but nothing major.

I haven't directly addressed your issue of not receiving notifications - because I can't reproduce it.

But I wonder if somehow you have disallowed notifications. It's unlikely; I'm pretty sure you know what you're up to. But anyway, I'd advise removing the old version and reinstalling this new version so that you get asked to allow the necessary permissions again.

It works fine for me and I've tried to look into logging errors but didn't manage to come up with anything satisfactory.

Didn't see this until now, sorry.

I'll look at it again soon and hopefully fix it.
