Storeroom: Backup & Export for TPT Sellers by Cedar Labs

Back up your whole Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT) store before the new seller terms start on January 1, 2027, then take it wherever you sell next.

TPT has no "export my store" button. Storeroom is one.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Sign in to TPT in Firefox with your seller account. Storeroom never asks for your password.
2. Open your store page and press "Back up my store" in the Storeroom card.
3. Storeroom reads your store at a person's pace, about one page every 3 seconds. Keep that tab open and use other tabs as usual. Pause any time; it picks up where it stopped.
4. Open the Storeroom dashboard and export.

WHAT IT SAVES
• Title and full formatted description of every product
• Price, bundle price and extra-license price
• Grades, subjects, resource types, formats, seasons and standards
• Page count, answer key, ratings, dates and bundle contents
• Every cover and thumbnail image at original size, plus your preview PDFs
• Your store profile: name, bio, categories and social links

EXPORTS
• Full backup: a spreadsheet for Excel or Google Sheets, plus a complete JSON file
• Covers, thumbnails and previews as ZIP files with an index
• Import files for Shopify, WooCommerce and Pinterest, each in that platform's own current format
• Copy sheets for Etsy and five other teacher marketplaces, with every field already shaped for that site (on Etsy: 140-character titles and 13 tags)

FREE: finds every product, and gives you full details and every export format for 25 products.

PRO ($29 once, no subscription, sold through Gumroad):
• Your whole store: unlimited products and exports
• Your product files, saved through TPT's own download links while you're signed in (beta)
• A crosslist assistant in the Firefox sidebar that fills a marketplace's new-listing form from your backup. You review everything and press Publish yourself (beta)

PRIVATE AND CAREFUL
• Runs entirely in your browser. No Storeroom servers, no analytics, no tracking.
• Backs up a store only when TPT's own page data says you are its author.
• Never edits, deletes or publishes anything on TPT or any other site.
• Your backup stays in Firefox until you export it to your own Downloads folder.
• Firefox asks for your OK before a Pro license key is sent to Gumroad, and before the assistant types a listing into another site's form.
