Exact times for every account
- Badges now show the exact time of each account's oldest unwatched story without opening it. Instagram's stories tray only says when the newest story was posted, so the extension loads the story lists of accounts with unwatched stories from instagram.com, the same way Instagram does when you open stories. Stories are not marked as watched.
- Loading is careful: only accounts that need it, up to 10 per request with a pause of a few seconds between requests, and results are remembered so a page reload does not repeat them. If Instagram answers with an error, loading pauses for 30 minutes.
- New setting "Exact times" (on by default) to turn this off.

Fixes
- Fixed badges that sometimes showed the newest instead of the oldest unwatched story, or a story you had already watched.
- A time that is not known exactly yet is marked with ≤ or ≥.
- Badges no longer appear on profile pages.
