Timecomb: Time Tracker for Square Invoices by Dgraciano

Square Invoices has no time tracking, and its one-time items only take whole hours. Timecomb tracks your time next to your Square customers and puts partial hours on the invoice for you, for a one-time price.

Track time
- Start a timer from any Square customer, or from Firefox's sidebar.
- Log time by hand: "1:30", "1.5" or "90m". Mark time billable or not.
- Hourly rates per customer or per entry, and optional rounding to 6, 15 or 30 minutes.
- Forgot to stop the timer? Timers over four hours are flagged so you can check them before billing.

See what's unbilled
- Unbilled hours and amounts for every customer at a glance.
- The running time shows on the toolbar icon.

Get it on the invoice (Pro)
- In Square's invoice editor, "Add unbilled hours" adds your logged time as line items. 2.25 hours at $80 goes on as one $180.00 line, with "2.25 h at 80.00/h" and the date in the item note your customer sees. You review and send the invoice as usual; Timecomb never sends anything.
- Or copy the lines and paste them anywhere.
- Hours are marked invoiced, with Undo, so nothing gets billed twice.
