This is odd, if you can see them, you should be able to add torrents with the right click context menu action. Have you been trying to add private torrents? That didn't work before, but now it's supported in the latest version, 1.1.0 :) - Rated 1 out of 5by Rune, 7 years agoI cannot get it to work. It fails silently. I can't figure out why. I use a similar chrome app that is connecting and adding torrent files without issue. https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/kfbocdnicmioodheiciijiegbmfoliim

Make sure the URL is correct (ends in /transmission/ as described in the field) and you can access the Transmission Web UI. - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13187764, 8 years agoTested with transmission 2.84.
Might be something to do with my odd setup (transmission is in another subnet, behind SSL and password)
Other addons such as "Add to Transmission" and "Transmission easy client" work without issuesDeveloper response
posted 8 years agoThanks for leaving a one star review instead of contacting me privately :) Subnets and SSL should be fine — I use it with not just SSL but a client certificate — but I haven't tried setting a password. I'll try that soon.
UPDATE: tried setting a password / required authentication. It works! Firefox just asks for the password with the standard basic auth dialog.
