New
- Rules now work on Shorts, on desktop and mobile. A rule can match a Short by its title or channel, and its speed and grayscale settings apply to the Short you're watching.
- Rules can match channels you're subscribed to. Pick them from a list in the rule editor instead of typing each one.
- The subscription list comes from YouTube's Subscriptions → All page. Tuner shows when the list was last synced and has a Refresh button. Channels you unsubscribe from drop off the list.
- When you reorder rules, the list now scrolls while you drag near its top or bottom edge.

Fixes
- Dragging to reorder rules now works on mobile.
- Long screens, such as Reorder rules with many rules, scroll properly instead of getting cut off.
- On small screens, the Grayscale and Guard rails button groups wrap onto the next line instead of running off the edge.
- Tuner's own icon now shows in place of the default puzzle-piece icon.
- Fixed the build including saved settings from the developer's machine. New installs now start with the default settings.
