This extension ("URL to QR Code Generator") retrieves the active tab's URL only when you click the "Convert Current URL" button.

To generate the QR code, the active URL is sent securely to the public QRServer API (api.qrserver.com) to render the image.

Data Retention and Tracking

This extension does not track, collect, store, or log your browsing history, personal information, or IP address.

No user data is stored locally or transmitted to any third party other than the QR generation API requested during image rendering.

No analytics or tracking scripts are used.
