When it works 5/5! But the miniplayer has stopped working, it pauses the video and won't let it play and backs out of the screen so that nothing can actually be seen in the small view

Normally I would give 5 stars but currently the YT picture in picture on Android doesn't work, i hope we can get this fixed (i just rated it with one star to get attention otherwise its a 5star extension) thx Jan and other who develop it

Not working. Minimizing or alternating between tabs will stop playback.

It doesn't work anymore, so thats why i had to use chrome. It's a pity...

It does not function any more, when minimized Firefox and another app working as Wattsapp, for instance, audio stops and page is reloaded when focused again.

Useless add-on! Firefox on android or apple devices comes with the same function! Take a look into the Firefox browsers setting's can u find a background playing options and a picture in picture options!!!

This use to work but over the last couple of months it's broken. Like others have said, after about 5 minutes of video playing while the screen is off or you've minimised Firefox, the video stops playing and the webpage reloads. PLEASE can this be fixed? I cannot find another extension like this and I find it incredibly useful.

It doesn't work like before, with the newer firefox ver. I tried many times but it doesn't function well

Never been fully functional, but now hardly works at all. Switching away from Ff makes the video stop entirely and the page reload >75% of tries. Seemed to get worse with Ff v122

YouTube stops playing in the background after a few minutes when using other apps.

Interesting how degraded this app has become. No longer plays in background. Shuts off if switching browsers or apps. Autoplay disables. That doesn't "look" private cookied. Meanwhile highly rated, collection of data for sale while dark patterns remain. No attempt at fix. No question or instruction. No accountability exists. Where does the "bug" lie? Developer, Google, Firefox? User error. I guess that's the point.
