WWST - WhatsApp Web Sidebar Toggle by xeisenberg

WWST gives you a distraction-free WhatsApp Web. Hide the chat list when you want to focus on the conversation in front of you, and bring it back when you need it.

HOW IT WORKS
- By default, press Ctrl + B (Cmd + B on Mac) to collapse or restore the chat list.
- Or click the Chats tab in the left rail to collapse it, then click again to restore.
- Want a different shortcut? Click the shortcut in the WWST popup and press a new combination.
- Turn on Ignore while typing in the popup if you want the shortcut to stay out of the way in the message box, search field, or any other text input.

WHY YOU MIGHT WANT IT
- More room for the conversation, especially on smaller laptop screens.
- Less visual noise from chat previews and the chat list while you focus.
- Works out of the box, with optional settings when you want them.

PRIVACY
WWST collects no data. It has no analytics, accounts, or external network requests. It only runs on web.whatsapp.com, and the extension itself simply shows and hides a panel that is already on the page. It does not read your messages, and your settings stay in your browser’s extension storage. Your messages never leave your browser through WWST.
