This constantly triggers a gmail "unusual usage - account temporarily locked down" error with the latest updates. Then, you can't even check your gmail through going to gmail.com until that is lifted, which is seemingly at random, and the moment X-notifier starts to check things again, it's going to trigger the same lockdown, over and over.

I used to have it set to check every 1 minute, and now, even every 10 minutes makes it run into problems. It's effectively become useless for gmail and Google accounts with this in mind. Yahoo seems to be fine.

Back when it was working okay, this was the best extension. Now, it's probably going to screw up your Google account, it seems.

If it gets updated to prevent these problems, it'll go back to a 5-star rating. As it is right now, I wouldn't recommend using it, sadly.

Pros: It can handle Multiple Google Accounts well. (Previously X-notifier(not Neo) needs re-login to the other Google account.)
Cons: It can not keep accounts information. (Previously X-notifier(not Neo) can keep them.) Accounts information on the dashboard and the right click menu of the icon disappear automatically every time. I guess this is a side effect of Neo's automatic login detection. So, I still need to use X-Notifier(not Neo) to keep my account settings.
Conclusion: Neo has not yet been able to become a successor to X-Notifier.

I got this so I can get gmail working again but it is not.

As long as the old version keeps opening my hotmail and gmail acounts im sticking to that one.

Hotmail is broken, yahoo and gmail don't detect multiple account, sfr and free mail is out...

Seems to be a slight step back from the original x-notify addon when it comes to general customization. Other than that though it works well and is very simple to use.
