- Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 17211754, 2 years agoIn general it works, but each time opens new tab so after downloading series of video you get this blank tab polluting your tab line. Sometimes it does Not downloading high resolution videos 720,1080,1440p and 4k, as claimed leaving you blank tab that does nothing, so you have to redownload lower resolution video. And last but not least, the most frustrating is that it sometime opens a new tab with video wich suddenly deafens you on full volume and you have manually save the video from this tab changing its default name "videoplayback.mp4" every time. Would be nice to fix this issues an if it is managable - to give an option to download several chekmarked videos from playlist/searchlist/recomendations.

posted 2 years agoHi,
Would you add some more details so we would fix any issue you have- Rated 3 out of 5by Joseph, 2 years agosomehow it doesn't work as well as on the main homepage. I tried with a 1080p video which was available to download from the main site. However the download button only shows 720p with limited options. Even after pressing download, it opens into a new tab playing the video instead; if you try to save it, it does save but with no auto title.
In comparision, there is still more options going to the main homepage. Auto title, more download options (1080p etc) - Rated 4 out of 5by gboyg, 2 years agoworks well and very convenient, but a bit slow, even when i am on very fast internet, i don't know why, likely on the way the video is transferred
- Rated 3 out of 5by RedAISkye, 2 years agoWorks as intended but something's weird though I only tested it for a 1080p stream archive over an hour duration with audio.
The download is capped at 20Mb/s for me when I have around 100Mb/s download speed.
For some reason, the 1hr+ video's duration after downloaded shows as 3s instead even though I can play the video completely fine via VLC for the actual duration but then when I try adding it to an editing program like VEGAS Pro, only the 3s gets added so I'm not sure how this extension processed the video but it's behaving weirdly.
Edit: I've reported this via email and dev confirmed the duration issue is a bug while the download speed issue is related to server/conversion speed. Developer response

posted 2 years agoHello,
Just hover your mouse on the video quality (like 1080p) to see the video format (webm, mp4, mp3, ...)
will consider that option - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 15249413, 3 years agoWhat you need to know is that it actually works. Does what it'll say it does without any sort of hassle or shenanigans.
