by Tarantula, 3 years agois there a way to move the youtube OSD controls/buttons below the player (not autohide, just move), I would like this very much.
5 stars only? that would not be a fair review. make this change and for sure I will even put a 6 star if possible.
I want the video area to not have any kind of hud/control buttons/overlays obstructing the view, autohide of the control works but is distracting or obstrusive in some cases (like buttons bar obstructing the view of a detail in a video , specially if you try to point that detail with the mouse), so if the controls get moved out of the video area (below it) it will work great for me.

posted 3 years agohi! what do you mean? the screenshot & rotate button are visually fitting in & almost too far from the player. They are the only "lifeSign" from our extension by default, for new users. If they dont like it they should go have a look in the menu - or i guess uninstall if they forget it all - thats just the nature of it all. Many smiles! 5 stars only please. Even 4 harms.

Youtube keeps recommending me channels that I've told it 500 times I don't want to see again. Also I keep getting shorts on channel pages, so that's another feature that just doesn't work.

But I have 2 features I'd like to ask for. 1 being a separate grid size options for shorts and for the side bar on video player. While I'm not doom scrolling shorts, I'm sub'd to a few channels that put out great quality shorts that'd I'd like to view. Shorts are just really large compared to normal thumbnails. It's a balancing issue choosing between smaller thumbnails vs huge shorts. 2, Sidebar thumbnails feel huge after installing this extension. If you could include an option to reduce thumbnail size and increase video title space, that'd be great. But 2 is honestly just personal preference. I'm using Zen Browser if that makes any difference.
