I reported this a few days ago, and they already fixed it:

"Youtube still translates titles of shorts if I use the 'No YouTube Shorts' addon to see shorts with the normal video layout."

Now it's working everywhere.

Please update to version 1.19.13. You should now be able to use it together with 'No Youtube Shorts' without issues
