来自 NextGenThemes， 6 年前Super cool extension. BUT: Recently it abuse the fact that clones got spread with malware. In the "Instructions how to detect it". The first step it they try to make money by telling you to install spyware like Honey. How does that help me to detect if I was infected? Seriously shady wall of text and bullshit and only WAY down the page they actually tell you how to detect it. The Chrome instructions do not work for Brave BTW, you can not click any link to the Chrome store so I am not sure how I can verify it in my Brave Browser now. In FF I got the real version but I mean the malicious clones would not show a warning about themselves would they? So I guess I am fine Brave also showed the notice.

- 评分 2 / 5来自 gleb-yukhymenko， 1 天前From my experience of using the extension, the add-on seems to be unsatisfactory at best, and unusable at worst. For instance, basically every site that I visited had the logo at the lop-left corner of the screen blend in with the background in terms of color. It will also sometimes just not work as expected, and by sometimes I mean almost all of the sites that I visit. Even the site on which I'm writing this review (addons(dot)mozilla(dot)org/) is in white mode while running the extension. You should really fix your utility before asking users to donate $10 (which happens immediately, mind you).

- With the latest Firefox update (version 150.0.2, May 7, 2026), this extension causes slow-down in the Reddit website, and only there. Screen updates lag or become unresponsive for long durations on the Reddit site. Firefox then shows a notification bar right below the address bar saying Dark Reader is causing the slowdown. Please fix if you can.

IMO the addon needs to be rebuilt from the ground up. - 评分 5 / 5来自 Firefox 用户 18815035， 16 天前Great full featured Dark Mode add-on that has been steadily improving over the years. It's not perfect, but it's very close and much better than other add-ons. The only thing better than this add-on is for the webpage itself to have a dedicated dark mode. But for the rest of the internet, this add-on is pretty solid.
