I am now constantly having to adjust the settings to get the proper page representation. And even then I'm not getting the type of page I use to get. Where it just use to happen. Not any longer.
Now I'm in constant search for another extension that will work as it should and give you a properly adjusted dark page like DR use to.

- With the latest Firefox update (version 150.0.2, May 7, 2026), this extension causes slow-down in the Reddit website, and only there. Screen updates lag or become unresponsive for long durations on the Reddit site. Firefox then shows a notification bar right below the address bar saying Dark Reader is causing the slowdown. Please fix if you can.

It's not perfect, but it's very close and much better than other add-ons. The only thing better than this add-on is for the webpage itself to have a dedicated dark mode. But for the rest of the internet, this add-on is pretty solid.
