When I first installed this 2023 it worked great; I could block all the algorithmic parts of YouTube. But it hasn't been updated since April 2024, and parts of it are starting to break, most notably the end-screen recommendations have started appearing again. Using uBlock Origin, you can create filters to do pretty much everything that Unhook can do, so I will not be using this extension any more. If you don't want do bother with uBO filters, then Unhook may still be useful to you.
