I was skeptical when a recent update required all-site permissions, and it turns out the extension has now been suspended for violating Mozilla's policy. While I'm not sure why the developer made that choice, it is truly unfortunate.
Could they have been unauthorizedly misusing user data? Personally, I don't believe full website access is necessary just to change themes. It actually functioned perfectly well without those privileges in the past.
Either way, it's a pity that we've lost yet another wonderful extension.

发布于 2 个月前Hi Kai, I believe there is a misunderstanding here. Mozilla didn’t suspend the add-on; instead, I manually deactivated v4.0.3. I was migrating ATBC to MV3, which is more transparent about permissions. However, a bug in that version forced ATBC to roll back to MV2, and thus the “full website access” prompt appeared. ATBC never collects any telemetry or user data, and I publish it transparently under my real name. Many apologies for the confusion.
