来自 Guy Rouillier， 3 年前Oddly, I don't remember installing this extension. I had been using AdBlock Plus for a long time. At any rate, recently (August 2023), YouTube stopped functioning. Nearly every video I tried to play would simply hang, showing the spinner spinning endlessly. Yet when I tried viewing the same video in Chrome with no ad blocker running, it worked.
That's when I looked at my Firefox extensions, and realized I was running AdBlocker Ultimate. I disabled that, and re-enabled AdBlock Plus, and now YouTube is working properly.

- Does a very good job at blocking ads though I have it in conjunction with uBlock Origin so they both simultaneously are hitting all the ads - though adblocker ultimate has a feature that uBlock Origin doesn't have -- You can block elements of a site, say if they have inbuilt ads that are from that site, you can block those ads - and each time you go to that site, those ads will be automatically blocked. uBlock Origin can technically do the same, but it's not permanent.
