The link-handling setting is gone, because it never did anything. Firefox already moves links leading to another site out of a pinned tab by itself.

The add-on now has exactly one job: an address for another site, typed into a pinned tab's address bar, opens in a new tab instead of taking over the pinned page.

The preferences page now holds nothing but the optional debug log, for switching on logging and downloading it to attach to a bug report.

The manifest declares that the add-on collects no data, using the new key Mozilla requires. It is a formal statement of what was already true: nothing is collected, stored or sent anywhere.
