Yes. This is an excellent replacement for Copy URLs Expert, or Copy All URLs. Copy ALL Tabs only copies the tabs to the Clipboard. You must then use it with another add-on that performs a PASTE of what has been copied to the Clipboard.

There is no copying, saving or sharing to anything. Seemingly, disabled. Compelled to inform others in case any untoward operation was taking place. Personal data is stored in tracking parameters from URL. Despite claim of certain browsers protection, it certainly can be stored, stolen and sold.
