worked great for a long time, until openrates.io was bought(?) by exchangeratesapi.io - fix is to change background.js api url to 'http://api.exchangeratesapi.io/v1/latest?access_key='

…and WITHOUT the "&base=USD" part - that did not work and threw 'restricted base' and seems unnecessary.

Not really developer's fault :) rest of plugin seems to work just great!

I built and installed it with "temporary" in about:debugging

Writing here since I don't know how to contact you, LiabilityMan :)

There probably should be a field in plugin settings to include your api key though...

    Is this a joke?? It can only make a simple conversion for typed in numbers? And you can't even copy the resulted number??
    How about converting all the different value currencies of a page to one common??? OMFG

    Simple and useful. Doesn't require access to all of your data. Great choice for currency convertion

    The British Pound is missing in Firefox + it would be better if you can sort currency names alphabetically in ascending order. Right now it looks like they're sorted in the order they were added in the extension which makes it hard to find the currency you need.

    I believe it would be amazing if you just add a way to reorder the items and give it a flatter design langauge. It's a very minimal extension which is amazing but just some additional touches could make it absolutely unbeatable

    This is nice that I can see many currency at one time quick and easy.
    It would be perfect to have popular Crypto in the list.

    I can't understand why you changed the name of the British Pound to Pound Sterling and didn't even list it in alphabetical order. It took me 10 mins to find.

    The application has started asking "Access your data for open.er-api.com" without any explanation. I think it's not necessary permission for currency application.
