I used the free version for years, but I decided that I did so many downloads with it, the pro version would be worth a try. It was. I use the application every week, sometimes almost daily; it always works (until YouTube messes up its coding, and then the developer finds a fix). I primarily use it to convert videos to audio files. I highly recommend it.
