    People have written a whole bunch of things that aren't true. The first thing I did was download a 45min youtube video at 720p. It took under 2 minutes and was totally free. Very simple and intuitive interface. I then chose to donate because the darned thing works so well. People say that payment is required in order to download in HD. Okay, but the amount of headaches that this add-on is saving me is so huge that I don't care. (I like to watch videos while I wash dishes, but my wifi doesn't 'reach' into my kitchen so videos stall when live streaming. And 1000 other reasons that I like to 'preload' youtube videos for offline viewing)

    easy download of mp4 files. I would suggest making the lowest mp3 bit quality free, but I'm not begging, so keep up the good work with your extension :) Edit: I donated to upgrade, works great. Keep up the good work!

    very limited video quality for download (currently the advertised 720p is also removed, so only 360p download is available), as means to push for pro version. I am disgusted by this type of abuse to the community. It felt more akin to a scam than an honest add-on

    Works great, never an issue at all. When there is, it's always been user error. I use the paid version, well worth the small donation. Thanks!

    I found this extension the best video downloader out there. The free version allows easy downloads of non-HD videos. I opted to pay the small price for the ability to download HD videos. No regrets. Also very good customer support. When I had a problem they got back to me quickly and resolved my issue.

    1080p/mp3 downloading has been limited to PRO users. However, other than that it works well.

    I am absolutely thrilled with this down-loader, it works so perfectly and its totally free with an option to upgrade and I suggest everyone get the upgrade as it helps keep this awesome extension alive.
