We've now released version 24.1 which specifically fixes the 0 byte download bug. Please update to the latest version on your AMD platform with Firefox and downloads should work properly again. I had the same experience fpr this particular video using tubemate on android. Other videos were fine on both systems. It seems youtube can block certain video contend from downloading.
