It deleted itself from Firefox and for some reason Firefox won't let me add it back on.
It doesn't work anymore to download MP4 on YouTube.
There is a message which doesn't help or say they will fix the problem.
They more or less say it's your problem.
Please fix the problem or admit you can't fix it…
I put your app back to 4 stars…
as it works again.
Thanks for getting back to me so quickly.
Why wasn't the problem fixed by an update?

- 评分 3 / 5来自 Firefox 用户 14775408， 7 年前I love this add on but it's too unreliable and costly. It goes down all the time, for weeks on end. I have Donated twice (weeks apart) to get access. Web page says email if you encounter problems but don't bother - she is rude and you don't wanna waste your energy going there. Add on has gone down again, weeks and / or months this time again. Think it's time to just remove the Add on. My head will surely thank me.
