Works for what it is but sucks ram and internet bandwidth. Very suspicious... perhaps they're mining bitcoins behind our backs but don't trust this anymore.

This is the best and ONLY video downloader anyone should ever use for Youtube! I will continue to use this ALL the time and recommend it to anyone serious about downloading videos. If you are looking for a free downloader, just remember that you will get what you pay for. Don't expect developers to do all this hard work just so you can have a cushy life!

I previously had a similar tool that disappeared after a Firefox or YouTube update, so I was thrilled to find this add-on, and to find that it works well for video and audio downloading. Also, the developer is quite helpful regarding questions or issues. Thanks!

I used this for some time until the last YouTube upgrade which stopped it (and, I believe all downloaders) from working. I rejoiced when a new working edition was announced since I'd suffered a bug that required me to visit the Activation site every time I restarted Youtube. Alas, the bug remained. I contacted Dishita and after several investigative emails, he suggested creating a new Firefox Profile. Yo-hoo! This worked.
