After updating, your downloads should be proper video files that open without any issues in Quicktime Player. 发布于 3 个月前Hi! We know — duplicate downloads AND 0 kb files was a double headache. Both issues are fixed in version 24.1. Please update the extension and it should download cleanly without any duplicates. If it works, we'd really appreciate an updated review! 🙏- Over a month ago I installed it and it worked just fine. Then about a week or so ago everytime I log on to my computer it has me reinstalling it. Now when I go and try and download a mp4 at youtube it say's its downloading superfast and after its threw there is 0bits. So it doen not work. I'll try and reinstall it one last time before I remove it.

发布于 3 个月前Hi! Thanks for sticking with it — we know constant reinstalls and 0 bit files is incredibly frustrating. Great news though, version 24.1 is out and addresses these issues. No need for that last reinstall trick — just update to 24.1 and it should work properly. Hope it does the job! 😊
