Initial release.

Assign a custom favicon to an entire website, a URL path, or an exact URL.
Store favicon rules locally in Firefox.
Reapply custom favicons after page reloads and SPA navigation.
Prevent websites from replacing the assigned custom favicon.
Remove sensitive and tracking parameters, including tokens, when creating URL rules.
Provide a rule management page for enabling, disabling, and deleting rules.
No personal data is collected or transmitted.
