来自 Cyberdrake， 9 年前So, this extension is pretty cool! There are a couple recommendations I have though that I think would make this the best extension for image search you could possibly download.
1. Add SauceNAO
2. Add IQDB
3. Also, allow listing more than one search engine in the context menu when right clicking. So for example, if you right click, you're not limited to one search engine, you can select from several.
4. Rename the extension to Image Reverse Search (having correct capitalization makes it look much more professional)!
If the dev could do that, it'd be one hell of an extension! Keep it up!

发布于 9 年前Thank you for your review! v2.1.2 is undergoing review and fixes the title and adds SauceNAO and IQDB.
To answer point 3: I'll see what I can do, it's on my todo!

- It's a good add-on that I use occasionally. However, if I don't use it for a while, the “Reverse Image Search” option sometimes disappears from the context menu without warning. I don't know why this happens. In that case, opening the options screen and clicking “Save Options” will restore it.

- Tried it Feb. 2025 with jpg's from my pc opened into Firefox, hoping it would invoke google lens. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to work at all on images from the pc; all search engines respond something like Oops or "couldn't upload image". Hoping there's an improvement available...

- Have been using this addon for a few years now, can't recommend it enough! Thank you Brawl!
The only thing that could make it better is if it didn't switch to the new tab when searching, but not sure if that is possible with addons.
Edit: Dev replied saying feature already existed, making it better! The options are tricky to find with extensions.开发者回应
发布于 2 年前Check the addon options, there is "Open in background" (sorry for the late answer!)
