The current design works this way. If you'd like quicker access to your bookmarks, for now you can open the Bookmarks sidebar, right-click a bookmark, and pin it to Quick Links.
We're also considering adding Bookmarks as one of the available groups when grouping is enabled in a future update. The reason we haven't displayed all bookmarks directly on the main page is that some users have a very large number of bookmarks, which could easily clutter the interface and affect usability.

目前dock的交互逻辑不太适合放在屏幕中间位置，这个功能本身也是对标macos的dock栏，因此短期时间内应该暂时不会有调整。
但是你可以构想一下你希望的快速导航的样式，如果合理的话可以考虑加上。
