The extension should show a red download button on the left top of most IG pages. Please try these steps:
1. Open Instagram and go to a supported page, such as a home, profile, post, reel, story, highlight, saved, or repost.
2. Refresh the page if the download button does not appear.
3. Click the download button on the left top of Instagram page and choose a download mode (manual . range, time) and then download in bulk.
Many users are able to use it successfully for that. If it still does not work, please send feedback to us from extension ( we have feedback entrance in it) , and we’ll investigate it as a top priority.

- I am getting the following error after selecting 1 or more video to be downloaded:
Download failed
User reels base info request failed
I thought it is because I selected several videos, but it is the same even if I select 1 video.
I am willing to try out options if the author can suggest something. 开发者回应
