- Completely useless. At some point during a long session, you might get logged out or the plugin might reset, and suddenly you’re browsing with your real IP address on all open tabs. Even the “KillSwitch” feature doesn’t deliver what it promises. Which is, of course, completely unacceptable if, for example, you want to run an anonymous X account.

We are still compliant with our no-logs policy and from our side, no permissions have been changed, so no data is collected and is fully protected. Apologies for the caused confusion. If you'd have any further concerns do not hesitate to contact us at support.nordvpn.com. G.M. - The add-on slows down my browser enormously. When it's on, it takes 10 seconds for the page to load, without it, not a second. It wasn't like this before. I had tried everything and reset Firefox, but it turns out that the NordVPN add-on slows everything down. So no recommendation from me. With my regular Nord app/subscription, I have no problems.

I didn't install any of the other features they offer so there's no point to allow this permission since I'm not using their password manager or other stuff.

If anything our support team is ready to help 24/7 at support.nordvpn.com. -G.M.- What a horrid experience. Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. This was a total waste of a hundred dollars plus a Private IP address that does not allow a simple Google search. Oh, if you are a software engineer or developer, I am sure it's great. For someone just wanting privacy and to stay out of the mainstream, forget it. They don't have time to help you with anything. They simply want your money. 26 pages of 1 STAR REVIEWS says it all. 26 pages of people hosed.
