I apologise for the bugs, does this happen with the native volume bars?

The disable volume bars setting should entirely disable the logic for the built in one so that is very weird, I can try looking over it in a few days time in case I have missed anything

Unfortunately I can't replicate the issue, which means Instagram on your end is doing something differently or maybe another extension is somehow conflicting?
