I looked into this popup that you mentioned, and I updated the extension to now also remove the element responsible for this.
Update to the new version 0.4.0 and this should then be gone. :)
Edit: That sucks! The extension didn't change and I tested it right now on two different devices running Firefox v130 and on both the extension still works as expected. Might be something weird with your Firefox installation (or Reddit is up to something)? What a bummer!

- While it does remove the initial blur, it doesn't actually bypass the verification pop-up. This means that what I'm actually getting is the slightly blurry background default image from r/travel that Reddit uses as the backdrop for the age verification, yet I can't access any of the pages themselves.
This could be a location issue, but even so, this extension hasn't achieved what it promised and needs some tweaking to perform properly.开发者回应

yes, you are right, the background image does remain.
On further inspection Reddit performs a page load once the user performed the age verification (or confirmed the "Yes, I'm over 18" dialog).
Only after this page load the actual content of the page becomes available.
Meaning, the extension simply can't function for this use case (v0.11.0), unfortunately.
I might look further into this at some point, but for now I will remove the mention / add a note of this in the extension description and release notes, so that its transparent.
