来自 Barmanji Jr.， 2 年前Apparantly if you disable all the search engines to work it only for google , it wont ask or pop the dialogue box anymore, But you won't be able to access the settings or context menu and you have to reinstall it that's just insanely annoying not gonna lie.

发布于 2 年前The extension allows you to configure the toolbar button as a shortcut for quickly searching with a single search engine or a group of search engines. The toolbar button opens a popup by default, where you can select a search engine, and there is also a button for opening the extension's options.
Though that's not the standard way of accessing a browser extension's options, it was just added to the popup as a convenience. All browsers have buttons for opening options on the management pages of extensions. Visit about:addons to open the options page of your extensions.

发布于 2 个月前It's a new security feature in Firefox 153, you now need to give file URL access to the extension to continue searching with local images opened in a tab.
Please go to about:addons, click on Search by Image to open the extension's details and visit the "Permissions and data" tab to find the optional permission. The relevant permission is "Access local files on your computer", which is poorly named in my opinion, and will surely confuse and alarm users.
The same permission is named "Allow access to file URLs" in Chrome, which is much less vague and alarming.
