来自 networkcookie， 5 年前it does change your ip BUT it's on OVH's infra and I chose "Poland" but got France instead because the IP ranges are funky at OVH (I worked there so I know what I'm talking about)
It is basically a U VPN clone or they're the original? Idk, wouldn't recommend it tho.
I specifically need a free VPN right now to access a global website on it's Polish page but it has a geolocation "feature" that won't let you pick the country, so yeah.

I bought 1-3 months subscriptions several times to make sure it is worth it and eventually paid for the whole year. I know that restrictions are getting worse and worse but even before the problem got so severe this VPN stopped working properly whileas a lot of other VPNs kept on doing their job even in free versions. Customer's support refused to give a refund due to their policy and stolled for the time promising to fix those problems (nearly a year has passed, guys!)
