来自 Socram Lizarb， 3 年前So far this has been the BEST Firefox tab grouping add-on I've found. I must say that I was really looking for a chrome-like tab grouping addon functionality. Grouping tabs by color and quickly group and ungroup them was the only I was looking for, but for some reason it's hard to find.
For me, FF is a way better browser than Chrome and its chromium-based alternatives, but I must say when it comes to tab grouping, FF is ages in the dark.
Tab trees with their own panels, addons capable of coloring tabs which will not actually get colored, but rather the subtabs within another Tab Trees addon, more different panels with stylish presentation of tabs as if I was using Canva or PowerPoint (I'm clealy referring to Panorama) were among the issues I was facing on my journey to find a simple and clean tab grouping addon.
Fortunately I've found this one that doesn't actually does what I want (which was grouping them in the tab panel at the tome by color), but also does it amazingly by packing them on the backend, and you can quickly switch between your tab groups by clicking on the navigation menu, or setting up your own shortcuts.
It also gives you the possibility to customize the group names, colors and even icons if you want.
I must really thank you guys for this addin which I came to understand that it's even better than the way it's done on Chrome.
This feature is really important to me and I was almost quitting using Firefox due to the lack of decent alternatives.
This addon is even better.
I highly recommend giving this one a try!

- It's really a good option for the lack of a better one... It gets the job done by hiding tabs from other "workspaces" into the hidden tabs list. Didn't notice a lot of bugs.
But a few things that really push me to use other browsers: it's not as elegant, very simple design, doesn't feel native and natural (compared to vivaldi, arc, zen, opera, etc); and two very annoying things: tab groups don't hidden, but are kinda empty, but still show previews, which brakes immersion and the fact that it spawns a directory every single day in your home folder ("STG-..."), and never cleans it up. - 评分 5 / 5来自 Ron Elicit， 1 个月前My favorite browser extension, hands down. Yes, the last Firefox update broke it. Need your tabs back? Settings > Backup Your Simple Tab Groups > Enable Auto-backup (you should be doing this anyway). Then Restore Backup every time you relaunch Firefox. (I delete existing data and revert to my last save.)

There is one thing that could be improved. It would be great if the native Firefox groups remained related to the tab group. When I switch groups using Simple Tab Groups, the Firefox groups disappear along with the tabs. It's like having tabs and groups within groups. - 评分 3 / 5来自 PhilZSquid， 4 个月前One of the most confusing interfaces, and most unpredictable interactions of any add-on I've used to date.
I created 4 tab groups -- social media & news; payments & banking; messaging; shopping cart. I populated each with several url's that I go to frequently. I created each group in a separate window and then selected the set of tabs and created the group. So far so good.
The next day I come back, I'm on tab in my shopping cart group which I had open and then select the group social media, which I had closed the evening before. It opens in the shopping cart group. Worse, it empties out my social media group, which is now for some reason associated with the shopping cart. So I have to recreate the group on new window and remove them from the shopping cart. Why? I have no idea.
Worse, if I try to move the tabs from my shopping cart by putting them in my original social media group, it tells me the shopping cart group is closed. Why? I have no idea.
This add-on seems so simple, yet, none of the features makes sense in its implementation. This could be a great add-on if it had any consistency. I'm still using it, but every day I have to reset one or more of my tab groups, scratching my head each time.
