1. Open any post, reel or video on Instagram, Facebook or X.
2. Click the floating Social Media Downloader button on the page. Drag it
   anywhere you like — it stays where you put it.
3. Hit "Download Current Post". The extension fetches every available
   version of the media.
4. Pick your format and resolution from the list, and the download starts
   immediately.

WHAT YOU GET

• Photos, videos and reels, all in their original quality.
• Every resolution the source offers, so you choose the size you want
  instead of taking whatever you're given.
• A searchable history of everything you've grabbed. Come back days later
  and re-download without hunting for the post again.
