Wish there was a more direct way of submitting feedback to know if an issue has been identified or sent before. Only support is email, and I haven't gotten back to yet after a few weeks. Apparently general support is a perk of the paid Patreon tiers, that's... weird.
All this to say the Playlist Duration is hidden on YouTube's playlist pages after a recent UI update. Sucks to have to request a fix like this in an extension review, but I legit don't know where else to take this. (Not spending $1 just to say "feature broke, plz fix")
My qualms with lack of support and the code not being open-source aside, this works much better than "Improve YouTube!" imo. (Better not let the dev for that hear this, or they'll get real mad)

发布于 2 年前Thanks for reporting this issue, and I'm sorry for not answering your email, but there is nothing I can currently do to fix this.
YouTube rolls out these experimental UI or code changes to a very small number of users all the time, and some of them will eventually become new UI versions rolled out to everybody, and some will be ditched in a month or so.
I still have the old playlist UI version, and when I get the new one, I'll add a fix for the Playlist Duration feature.

- Over the past few months, the extension has been causing severe slowdowns on the tab where YouTube is open, frequently freezing it completely. There are constant issues with the extension's functionality; many features fail to work, and I often have to refresh the page multiple times—or even close it and reopen it via a new link—because it won't load correctly. Using this add-on has become so problematic that I am considering abandoning it altogether. Updates do nothing to fix this; in fact, the extension seems to fail more often with every new update.

There is currently a bug with the setting "Hide Related Videos In Sidebar" where when I am signed into a YouTube account the description and comments under the video will be displayed a bit wider then the video. It ranges from slight to more noticeable.
It appears to consistently scale properly if you are signed out of YouTube. - Can't use Youtube without this extension since they like to break/change things that made it worse. But I notice the extension does not apply the tweak on embed videos anymore eg. default resolution and volume do not apply, mouse control zone not working. Not sure if this is caused by Youtube end or Firefox but Chrome is fine. Edit: As of version 3.91.0, issue on embedded video is fixed. Thank you author!

"Expand comments" feature seems not working.
Also I've not found a feature to prevent the automatic translations of the titles when in a non English country (a feature which would be similar to the "Youtube Anti Translate" add-on). Maybe I missed it. If actually absent, could you add it, please?... it would be great. Thanks, thanks, thanks.

Is there a way to replay video (seek to 0%) by left-clicking anywhere on videoplayer at the end? i have removed end-cards, so it's just blank, but unfortunately "mouse control" seems to stop working after video ended, and the only way to replay is to press small button in corner or press keyboard button

发布于 4 个月前Looks like you have to check the "Custom video annotations" option, in Clean Player section (above End screen and Cards) to get Mouse Control working when video ends. After that, you can create custom Mouse Control action that will rewind video back to 0%. (I adore this addon, and genuinely tell anyone I know who mentions watching YouTube to install it because it's that good. However...) I use the "ctrl-click to show full size thumbnails" feature a TON, but a few days ago, mid-viewing session, it suddenly stopped working. Still works for avatars, but for thumbnails it just opens the video in a new tab. I've tried every possible fix on my end that google/reddit/etc can provide, but no luck. :/

- I've been using this extension for close to 2 years now, it's really amazing, this is the one I can't live without.
Just one small thing happened recently, for some reason the "Transparent Video Description And Buttons" makes the buttons borderless even when set to "With round borders" (which I was using and it looked amazing). I am using the latest Firefox version, and I have the "layout.css.has-selector.enabled" preference set to true.开发者回应
