They screw up the whole app it is junk you cant do half the stuff you used to do with it. i loved that i could name the file but you cant do that know. it is really sad. freezes up and stop working. It was the best app a couple of months ago before all the updates know i am going to look for something that will work and do the job that this used to do.. But this app have major changes that make it junk. The new look it harder to use and look very bad. . one day i hope they fix the app they broke and make it great again. I am not a beginner used or someone with there owner app. i am just telling how it is. Maybe it is the stupid changes firefox did or it is the app it self. All i know is that it was working at its best months ago.

    Nice availability, which was my primary reason for downloading the extension. Works on some backwater websites, if I want a less common dub, for example

    Very good video downloader. Allows you select the qualify (resolution) of the video you wish to receive, and also change the video to your own choice. Highly recommend this to every one.

    Used to work but it is a waste of time and money now.
    No longer updated.
    Cant download youtube videos 90% of the time. The 10% is at 360p.

    There is no support for the app.
    Licenses dont work after 30 days and the app seems to forget them so basically you pay for 30 day license, then its gone and wont accept it again.

    Best to go with a different app for media downloads, this one is outdated and not worth the hassle. Used to be.

    This used to be a great addon but my experience has gotten worse over time. It doesn't detect the streams more and more frequently and there are more and more failed downloads. I use Firefox on Linux. I just use this addon because I can't find a better one that supports my favorite sites.

    Functions as advertised. I especially like the capacity to save different formats and resolutions. A nice recent feature is that the video titles are preserved in the saved file names. I also use it to extract audio (music) from videos.
