This is a piece of spam. Indeed works but periodically pops up a new tab to ask the user five star rating. And that shitty spam page has white background, which causes disturbing flash-bang in the most unexpected moment.
If possible, please do all you can to keep maintaining this extension with updates in the long run, Mr. Storm! I believed your extension is the one and only true successor to "Return Youtube Dislike" by Mr. Selivanov.
