Some websites don't load at all (if they ever load), with this addon enabled, specifically wrestlinginc.com. It was probably also causing issues with Youtube, in the past it would load extremely slowly (over 1 minute plus hang my 32GB memory pc), although lately it would only hang for 15 or so seconds. I didn't think it could be caused by this addon, till now. I just tried youtube with it disabled, and it loads very quickly with no hanging.
I think something with the way the addon is injecting css/js into the page for controlling zoom on the website not working correctly with whatever the css/js the website is using.
My Frefox memory with only the above website homepage loaded with the addon disabled is under 600MB. With the addon enabled, I had to kill the process after it using eating over 2GB of memory, and still hadn't loaded the homepage. Its the same problem with other pages on the website.

发布于 8 年前Is this problem still happening? Have you tried disabling the 'Apply to dynamic content (better but slower)' option?

- Unusable bc it breaks the typical workflow of using your mouse wheel to scroll. The expected behavior of enabling 'hold left click and scroll the mouse wheel to zoom' should be that it disables zooming with solely your mouse wheel, so that you return the SO, SO EXTREMELY USEFUL workflow of using your middle wheel to scroll down pages (especially if you carefully set them to accurately scroll barely under a page at a time).

- 评分 4 / 5来自 TheInvoker， 9 个月前It's working for me and it's great because now i can choose between full zoom or text only zoom for every website. firefox settings to choose different type of zoom for each website. it's a global setting.
Edit: i just noticed a bug with Reddit. Not all the text is zoomed. only the first 10-15 topic titles are enlargened and the names of the subreddits on the left never change no matter what zoom i set. - 评分 1 / 5来自 centurion 2000， 10 个月前
- 评分 5 / 5来自 jimmie_cricket， 1 年前I can't live without this extension. With Firefox on Linux many sites have such small fonts for my 50 year old eyes. Setting the font size to a default of 20 is great. If a site is wonky, and I use it alot, I'll use this extension for the base font and stylus to tweak any bad CSS. I can't believe that in 2025 there are still so many front end guys that don't check how their pages look in at least Firefox and Chrome on Windows, Linux and Mac.

For instance their instructions say this:
"After installation of Zoom Page WE, there will be a new icon on the main toolbar with a blue badge showing the current zoom level."
That is NOT true. There was no blue icon on the toolbar (and they should have shown a picture of the icon to let us know what it looks like).
Here is how to make that icon appear in Firefox version of Zoom Page WE:
Click on the Firefox Extension icon which is on the Firefox Toolbar. Right click on Zoom Page WE and choose "pin to toolbar"
