Can Notes be added by selecting text in web page and then right clicking for context menu with "Add to Blacknote" option?

Select , right click, add. That is the most intuitive, basic behavior for note taking in browser.

Adding new notes is too complicated and confusing currently.
Simple way: 1) Click "New note" button (empty field appears) , 2) Enter text
DONE (title is automatically generated from the first line)

Also two panel design would be nice: upper with list of notes, lower with content of selected note in upper panel.
