- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 14158954, 3 years agoFantastic and much needed idea and feature!!
However, the implementation of the idea is just awful. The add-on either:
works only sometimes,
not at all
or takes 15 minutes to load.
AND everyone providing a review are all sayin the same exact thing!!!
You would think that Capital One would want to fix that or at least "take it very seriously" I just end up using another service that actually works as designed. - Rated 1 out of 5by JonnoN, 3 years ago7/2022: once again it has stopped working
7/2023: It worked for a while, but now it is broken again. - Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 14059670, 3 years agoAlas, have to agree with many other users: This is Great WHEN IT WORKS, but it Too Often FAILS to work - even after an Uninstall / Reinstall.
(As an Additional "Alas": NON-Scientific testing suggests the ENO add-on works better on Browsers Other Than Firefox.) - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 17063617, 3 years agoBasically is worthless when you need it and Capital One doesn't seem to want to fix it. It'll pop up and connect immediately on pages you don't need it but on pages where you need it to operate it'll freeze up trying to connect. Even worse, if you try to disconnect the session it'll still keep trying to connect in the background until you close out firefox in the task manager. So not really worth using until they pull their heads out of the "exit hole" and fix it unless you got a lot of ram to waste as it'll keep eating up resources and not work when needed.

- Rated 2 out of 5by M3wThr33, 3 years agoIt used to work really well, but it doesn't really save your session anymore. I hope it gets updated again. The last 3.6.0 update isn't the best.
- Rated 3 out of 5by Arikarassi, 3 years agoThis used to work great, but then it stopped working well. There was a change where it now pops you out to a separate log in and that function is terrible. Logging in from the main browser window was much better.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 14506098, 3 years agoOften hangs and is unable to proceed without going back into the shopping cart. I lost an order I had alerts setup for when it got in stock. Because of the app issue it went out of stock before I could fix the issues and get the virtual number. Please make this app more robust. I pay yearly for the card but this app is not there when I need it.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 16941621, 4 years agoUpdated July 2022,
Um, an old problem is back, guys. It gets into a Sign In through Browser --> Login popup --> Sign In through Browser.
Based on other reviews, it has been broken on Firefox for three days. The devs released a broken product and they're not fixing it.
Would give it a negative star rating, because I've given better products 1 star. - Rated 1 out of 5by feelfreetoblameme, 4 years ago
- Rated 1 out of 5by JoshuaTP, 4 years agoDoes not working only shows this forever.
Securely signing you in with express checkout... - Rated 1 out of 5by Inirit, 4 years agoThis addon slows my browser to a crawl on various different websites. It's not worth using until fixed.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Jessecar, 4 years agoLike everyone else said, this addon makes youtube and some other websites VERY slow. I don't know what it's doing in the background but it's not good.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 12594607, 4 years agoThe Eno service by itself is fine, and this add-on works. However, this add-on seems to slow down the browser a lot. Especially YouTube.

- Rated 3 out of 5by bnad, 4 years agoI have never had any issues using this addon, it works well in what it is supposed to do and I love that it auto-populates the credit card info when I'm checking out on a website. However, like other reviewers mention, it creates considerable lag on some sites like youtube. Youtube videos are virtually unplayable when using this addon as it causes the entire site to lag to no end.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 14785703, 4 years agoThis app works but make sure you disable it while using Youtube due to it making that site quite sluggish. I finally narrowed down the app causing it, it is definitely Eno.
- Rated 2 out of 5by Anj, 4 years agoDoesn't seem to work. It can't find my phone number despite having entered it on signing up.

- Rated 1 out of 5by lumin8, 4 years agoUnlike many of the other 1 star reviews here, I'm not having an issue with whether or not the app actually works. It works perfectly fine. The problem is this app causes considerable lag on nearly all websites. I have a high-end PC, and this behavior is observed ONLY when the extension is turned on.
Turning the extension off immediately speeds up any website that uses heavy HTML/JS. I'm assuming the extension scrapes nearly every part of the website to look for a "credit card" field to suggest opening a credit card, but this is heavily taxing on the general speed of the browser.
