This fellow is one of the very few that remains fighting to keep the internet awesome as it was, delivered from the spying and the intrusion tools, just to provide a sound free service.

I am happy to say the new desktop app works great, and I am very pleased with it. Also, the customer service he provides is outstanding. He replies quickly and always provides any clarification I may need. Again, I'm very happy with the new desktop app version!

Not only can you download individual videos but you can also download entire playlists at one time. Plus the few times I have had technical issues I have recieved assistance within a day or two with easy to understand instructions that work.
