Roman...if you paid by credit card you have the option to dispute the transaction. If so I encourage you to do that. If you used PayPal you might have options but since I don't trust or do I use them I don't know how disputing a transaction would work...
As for the lack of a response from the developer, goodluck with that is all I can say...
People are feeling ripped off and this developer doesn't seem to give a xxxx unfortunately...

I just tried your updated version v24 temp, and the first video downloaded 720 with the correct size as on your drop down, but tried again with different video, said 720, 22MB but when downloaded was only 8 MB 720, So you still haven't fixed it yet !!!!
I made a donation a few years ago for 720 & 1080 downloads, and all worked well, but not now, is says its downloaded and processing, but after 1 hour still the same and nothing downloaded to downloads folder or anywhere on my PC. Very disappointed, and don't know why you haven't fixed it yet as this has been going on for months, Please fix or I will have to remove it from my Win 11 PC. Regards John.
