What with my usual add-on now not working, I had to find a replacement. I was skeptical at first since "a donation" was needed, suspecting this add-on might be a scam. However, the donation is one-time only type of deal (instead of a subscription model), and the add-on actually fuctions as advertised once you do pay up. This is a surefire investment. Give the devs what they are due.

This is a well working tool. There are regular updates and adjustments. Good thing!

Original Problem not corrected yet in Dec 20 2020:

Does not download 1080p 60 quality, no way to contact support, paid for nothing, non 1080p60 videos can be downloaded, only up to 720p, not even 1080p30, all 1080p60 cant be downloaded, very disappointed, please save your money and do not donate, is useless in 1080 p 60fps

This app works very well. I particularly enjoy being able to download the audio-only mp3 tracks from videos, both in 128 and 256k.

My favorite extension ever!! Also, whenever there is an issue it's usually fixed promptly. My only suggestion is that I with there was another download possibility for 480p.

It works -- but it drops a virus bundler for your troubles. And this was downloading from YouTube and not some nefarious movie site. I'd going to put LInux Zorin on a thumb drive and only use this plugin there.

Excellent. Need to give a one time donation (minimum 10 USD) to get perfect download sound and video, but plenty worth it. Recommended.

Really simple and great, 1080p quality is pro but that's fine by me! 720 does the job.

Periodically this doesn't work. The recent bug was quickly fixed. If bugs/glitches can be fixed quickly, then this is a great add-on.

This might be the best addon for "downloading music from Youtube". In past I've had numerous occasions when I had to uninstall, reinstall and reactivate in order to make it work again but as long as this 2-minute workaround kicks I am happy user.

Did the bait and switch thing where I go through process of setting up only to tell me I need pro version when about to use. Scummy business practice and a waste of time. Be more transparent and people won't be upset.

Bought the pro version 2 years ago or so , but now they have a new version and i am forced to buy it again. NOPE not ganna happen
