With Video Download Helper add-on you got 1920x1080 for free with ADP???

how am i supposed to know if it's worth making a donation if i can't even have a few trial runs? useless. it's like me paying for a car that I can't even test drive

This is a great utility program that delivers exceptionally! Even though Youtube keeps changing their methods and such, this utility keeps pace and always delivers quality videos. Here's what I got when I tried saving a video to MP3:
"Youtube switched to separate audio/video streaming technology for higher quality formats and no longer provides direct 720p (Since 24 September 2018)/1080p/mp3 streams. Converting these streams to downloadable formats for you needs powerful server infrastructure, therefore 1080p/mp3 downloading has been limited to PRO users."

very easy to use on Firefox; captures videos some other extensions cannot handle or download. Even if the download is interrupted, I can resume the download without having to download the entire file from 0 kB. Highly recommend!

Also, consider paying (as I did) for pro as developers could definitely use the boost.

It is very easy to use. I donated because I liked it so much and so that I could have the pro upgrade. I'll write another review later as I get used to using it.

No trial period for the pro version. Minimum donation for pro is $10. Not going to pay $10 without knowing it works first, since so many other extensions like this one just plain don't work.

I have been trying to find a functional Youtube downloader for some time now. I use it to record tutorials, and instructional videos to play offline.
It has been very frustrating, because so many of them don't function properly, (no audio ),and are much more complicated to use. Easy Youtube Downloader works great on my Win. 7 system.
I had a problem with it because I tried it on Win. Vista, and it separated the audio, and video.
I e-mailed the developer Dishita, and he responded promptly. I belive that his effort, and product are worty of financial support. I am sending him $20, and will consider the paid upgrade if I want mp3 ect.

This Downloader is incredibly easy to use and is capable of converting 720p and 1080p HD files for use at home. I have found it flawless, and the price is incredibly reasonable, in fact worth more than the minimum the programmer asks. Try it and see, you won't need another downloader.

Allu's experience in which the activation is temporary and then lost is not my experience. In fact, switching to another computer, I simply revisited the activation e-mail and it activated it on my hp pro with Windows 10, no problem. I'd encourage him to try activating it again.
