I have used 3 different add-on's to download YouTube Videos that i want to keep to store for later in my download folder instead of saving on site... some times one or the others might download for a time. it was always iffy and frustrating trying to get any video down. The maker tries to update as soon as possible is my impression. Every two months or so, the app's not working good. An update now and then fixes this. Very fast, easy to use. You might keep it a secret like a lot do.

Was using another downloader which unaccountably started creating files unreadable by WMP, VLC, you name it...
Installed this and it worked first time with no fiddling around digging for codecs etc; very impressed so far!

2024 update: I should have left an update before now. This is still THE best video downloading addon around. Very easy to use. Please support the creator of this by donating and leaving a review. I cannot praise it enough. There are a lot of junk addons you will waste your time and maybe even money on, but believe me, this is the real deal. I have been using it for several years and highly recommend it. It gives you multiple formats you can download in, and works each and every time. Use this one before others and you will not be disappointed. You do have to donate for pro features, however I have no problem supporting developers whose apps do what they are supposed to do. Creative talent deserves support.
