Very bad. This is a paid extension. Free can only be downloaded in very poor quality. Instead, use the program https://ytdl-org.github.io/youtube-dl/

This add-on is much more convenient to use than web-based alternatives, and the author does a pretty good job of keeping up with youtube changes.
